“Mac” Board: Homemade High Quality Board (Resistance Bands / Isometrics)

FREE SHIPPING! A handmade wooden board that I personally use as a resistance band or isometrics footplate (see below). This was custom made for me by my neighbor Mac and featured first in this video. He spends roughly 2+ hours on these boards that includes detailed sanding, smoothing, and 4 coats of lacquer. The boards are exceptionally high quality, strong, rugged, and each with their own unique character based on the natural design of the wood. Compared to other footplates out there, not only is it handmade by a detailed skilled craftsman, it’s also cheaper than other boards I was initially considering for my own use.

**Regardless, how I am using it.. Be advised that this is simply being sold as a handmade wooden board. What you choose to use if for is at your own discernment and risk. I think it also works for a outdoor coffee table 🙂 There are NO RETURNS / REFUNDS for this item once it has shipped and been delivered.
