Description
This is a simple program described in this video, where I lay out how I personally use a set up of loop resistance bands, a board (or footplate), and a bar. This is meant to be flexible in nature so that you can use this as a stand alone template or interwork it with other modes of resistance training (sliding bench trainer, free weights, suspension trainer, etc).
